Boat Day-Dubrovnik Sep 20

Angela checks into our “luxury” cabin on the Mali Luka.

Steve and Sandy enjoying our orientation and lunch. My key takeaway from the orientation is that NOTHING should go down the toilet, NOTHING!!

Ang and I with our Titanic moment as we make our way southwesterly to our first night on the boat.

We set sail at 1pm and by 2:30 we stopped for our first swim.

By 3:30 we were motoring again.

Angela glows gleefully from the lovely day and perhaps her recently finished Gin & Tonic.

Motoring slowly towards the NW to our port for the night, Mljet.

Our Captain was the 3rd out of 4 to tie up side by side at the tiny dock Mljet. He and the crew worked like magic and seemingly without effort to get us tied up within a few minutes.

And here are the fenders that keep the boats safe from damage and the tiny gangplank that allows the passengers of the four boats to get to the dock.

The four of us idle by the dock as the sun sets before the entire contingent of passengers have dinner at tbe Restaurant Melody.
