Michelle, Adam, Graham, Miles and baby Merritt joined us for a long July 4th weekend.
And we celebrated Miles’ 4th birthday too!
Lots and lots of bicycling including July 4th bike decorating sponsored by the neighbors in our complex.
Michelle shows off her climbing skills with Graham. Everyday the grandkids got to explore a different playground, this one in Breckenridge where we also had a little picnic.
Baby Merritt shows off her new standing and fledgling walking skills. Nobody can ever say she can’t walk and chew at the same time.
Sunday evening was a bike ride to the Frisco Main St. Park for a pizza picnic dinner.
And we were surprised to find a little cul de sac sponsored concert for the families that live here when we arrived home from our picnic. Within seconds of arriving we were met by neighbors we had not yet met and invited to share their gathering even though we were short term renters. Everyone has been so nice to us and it’s wonderful to feel welcomed as an outsider so soon!
